Black Annealed Wire comes in the form of coil wire or cut wire. Going through the processing of oxygen free annealing, the iron wire becomes soft and more flexible. It is supplied in reel, coil or cut into certain sizes or in U shape.
Black annealed Wire is also called black iron wire. It includes Annealed wire and black oiled wire.
Annealed wire is though wire-drawing and anneals to finish.
Black oiled wire is formed via the processes: wire-drawing, anneal, and fuel oil injection.
Annealed Iron wire features: Annealed iron wire is rust proof within 6 months without any oil coating. The tensile strength is 300-400 Newton per square millimeter.
Annealed iron wire sizes: Wire diameter ranges from 0.70mm to 40mm.
Application: Annealed wire is mainly used as industrial binding wire, construction binding wire, industrial bale tie wire and constructional tie wire, etc.
