FKM Precomppounded Fluoroelastomer
KFM Precompounded Fluoroelastomer is the copolymer of HFP and VDF, added by vulcanizator and accelerator (bisphenol AF / BPP), whose fluorine content is 66%. It is a kind of white or light yellow odorless translucent rubber piece. And, this product is processed by molding, extrusion, injection molding, etc.

Test Recipe：FKM Precompounded Fluoroelastomer/MgO/Ca(OH)2/N990=100/3/6/30（Mass Ratio）；Vulcanizing Conditions：177@10℃min+230@24h℃。

Main Application：
Suitable for making various types of seal rings, gaskets, leather cups, O-rings, extruded rubber tape, extruded rubber tube, shock-proof gaskets,etc. All products have excellent properties of high and low temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, oil resistance, permanent deformation, flame resistance and gas permeability.
KFM is mainly used in high and low temperature sealing, vacuum equipment, chemical equipment, automobile, aviation and other fields.

Attention:
1. Fluoroelastomer gum has good thermal stability below 260 ℃; It will minimally decompose when placed in the temperature of 260~300 ℃ for a long time, and poisonous HF and fluorocarbon organic compound are produced; When higher than 320 ℃, it will quickly decompose; When it meets fire, it also release poisonous HF and fluorocarbon organic compound.
2. Fluoroelastomer gum will produce some poisonous gases like HF in the process of vulcanizing. Therefore, the ventilation equipment must be installed in the processing sites.
3. FKM shouldn’t be mixed with metal powder (such as Al and Mg) or animine compound more than 10%. If that happens, temperature will arise and several elements will react with FKM, which will damage the equipment and operators.
Package and Storage:
1. Packed in PE bags, then packed carton case. Net weight: 20kg per drum.
2. Stored in dry and clean places.
