NZ976 Halogen-free no-clean flux, for example, is newly developed by our company with multi-formulations. It is a kind of soldering which is applied to weld the high reliable electronic products. After welding, the welding spots are beautiful and the ability of insulation resistance is high and it is free of cleaning. Its ability has reached the standard of SJ/T1273.
