Ltd., Our company converges the research strength of materials, mechanic, electronic, and industry etc, dedicated to research and development of surface modification of metal materials and protection scope. At present, our company has had the breakthrough and made a series of important achievement in the research of wear resistance of surface of metal materials. Among them, two critical scientific research projects: “research in hollow cathode nitrogen ion cladding wear-resisting technology and equipment” and “research of numerical control plasma cladding technology and equipment”, have passed the appraisal of achievements by Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and won the technical evaluation of advanced level internationally and domestically respectively. The success of the two technologies and equipment will provide a new method for all the consumers resolving the wear problem of large-scale equipment. It is actually verified that the service life has prolonged 2-5 times for the reinforced scraper conveyor middle groove, mixing machine cutter, sandstone feeding helical blade. With the development and popularization of the technology, our company will play an important role in resolving the wear problem in the field of coal mine, metallurgy, petroleum, electric power, cement, chemical, and military industry.
