Botou City Dachang Machinery Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located at the seaside of Bohai, the "casting city" Botou. With the capital city - Beijing and the traditional commercial city -Tianjin in the north and with Jing-Hu Highway and NO.104 & NO.106 National Roads nearby, we enjoy very convenient communication conditions. The former of our company was Botou Mechanical Mending Factory, with strong technical ability and rich working experience. We have abundant experience in forging. We have been the first batches of companies that attained ISO9001 registration within the same business cycle. We have passed the tests of the Provincial and Municipal Technology Supervisor Department. Our company was entitled as "abiding by contracts and keeping one's words company" by the Provincial and Municipal Government. Our products sell well in 31 provinces and regions in China. Some of our products have been exported to America, Germany, Japan and Korea.
We are specialized in the production of large cast iron plates, large granite measuring tools and inspection tools. Now we have 160 staff members, including 48 engineers and technicians. Covering an area of more than 10000sqm, we have the first class factory with one 5T cupola and one 8T cupola in caption foundry and 40T single casting machines. The production capacity is 800T per month. The equipment which is mainly used in casting iron plates are: one set of 3*6m double housing planer, one set of 1.6*4 m double housing planer, one set of 3*9m gantry type milling machine, one set of 3*9m double housing planer, one set of 2*9m double housing planer, two sets of 2.6*6m double housing planers, 1.5*4m double housing planers, 3.5*8m section milling machines and Z80 vertical drilling machines and advanced detecting machines. Our total asset reaches more than RMB26 million.
