Detailed Description

This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of MALICHITE GREEN ELISA KIT in the tissue (chicken, fish, and shrimp). The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The MALICHITE GREEN ELISA KIT in the testing sample competes with the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibody against MALICHITE GREEN ELISA KIT. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample has a negative correlation with the content of MALICHITE GREEN ELISA KIT in it. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding MALICHITE GREEN ELISA KIT is subsequently obtained.
