It is a kind of non-ionic surfactant which is compounded of various surfactants and emulsifier promoters.

3. Characteristics:
The product is with excellent emulsifying performance to various paraffin wax products like fully refined, semi refined, crude wax, chemical wax and soap wax, etc. It has the features of simple equipment, process maturity, easy operation, high efficiency and low cost when using the product for making wax emulsion. So it is a kind of economic and efficient paraffin wax emulsifier.
4. Emulsification method:
1. In general, to 58# paraffin wax, the solid content of wax emulsion (including paraffin wax and emulsifier) is 20%~30%, the dosage of emulsifier is 35% of paraffin wax. So if you want to make 100kg 30% wax emulsion, you need 70kg water, 23kg paraffin wax and 7kg paraffin wax emulsifier.
2. The process: Add the quantitative water, emulsifier and paraffin wax into reaction kettle, mix them and heat to 60C, then stir it and continue to heat up to 100C. When the emulsion is boiling, please keep warm for 10-20 minutes, after that, please stop heating and replenish the water. And when the temperature drops to 50C below, stop stirring, get out the product. Then you can get the milky liquid with blue fluorescence.
