Shandong Kaitai Metal Abrasive Co.,Ltd.is the biggest manufacturer of metal abrasive in China which integrates with technical research, development and production. Cooperating with Material Science & Engineering College of Shandong university and guided by experts and professors of metal abrasive field. The company has developed 8 series including Cast Steel Shot, Cast steel grit, steel cut wire shot, stainless steel shot, stainless steel cut wire shot, aluminium shot, zinc shot, copper shot, 80 kinds of abrasive products. The company could produces 200,000 tons metal abrasive. Based on 750 million Yuan(RMB) of fixed assets, with a yearly turnover of 1500 million Yuan(RMB). Kaitai steel shot abrasive(HONGKONG) Co., Ltd. is in charge of overseas sales of steel shot, steel girt.
The company occupies 400,000 square and is located in Zouping Fenghuang Economic Zone which is china’s largest abrasive base. It’s only 52km to jinan, the capital of Shandong province. It’s only 500 meters away from jinan-qingdao expressway and only 7km away from Zhangqiu exit of jinan- qingdao expressway. The main products are cast steel shot, cast steel grit, steel cut wire shot, stainless steel shot, stainless steel cut wire shot, aluminium shot, zinc shot, copper shot, ect.
The company is Advanced & new technology enterprise of Shandong province and national blasting & Peening Standardization technology committee unit. With strong technical force, advanced equipments like intermediate frequency induction furnace, centrifugal blasting machine and so on. The company could produces high strength, strong durability cast steel grit through double quenching, tempering, screening and so on. The company has perfect quality control system. The company has introduced two Ervin Test Machine from USA. Ervin test machine is mainly used for testing fatigue life of metal abrasive. In additional, the company also has introduced SPECTRO spectral analyzer from Germany to test ingredient of metal abrasive. The quality of products has met SAE & ISO international standards and the company has passed international standard ISO9001. Meanwhile, the company has gained famous trademark of Shandong province. The company takes part in and sets down ten national standards such as GB/T18838.3-2008 High Carbon Cast Steel Shot & cast steel grit, GB/T18838.4-2008 low carbon cast steel shot, GB/T8923.2-2008 steel material descaling grade, GB/T13288.1-2008 steel material surface roughness, GB/T13288.5-2009 surface roughness copy and affix mensuration, GB/T13288.3-2009 surface roughness compare specimen and surface roughness mensuration focus microscope method, GB/T23576-2009 abrasive blasting equipment general technical requirements and so on. The company has 10 patents, 2 science and technology achievements.
