Our company is one of the stock enterprises after reformation in metal industry of Tianjin. Mr. Ba Zhiqiang is president as well as general manager. Seventeen engineering and technical personnel constitute a management team of our factory.
With strict quality-certificated system, our factory has been authorized GB / T19002-ISO9002 quality system certificate. Our quality inspection institution is awarded the title of "Certificate of Compliance" by China Quality Inspection Association. The main products include galvanized iron wire strand, galvanized steel core wire for aluminum cable steel reinforced, zinc-5% aluminum-mischmetal alloy-coated steel core wire and steel wire strand and galvanized low carbon steel wire for armoring cables, and the annual output is 14500 tons, sale 71. 5 million yuan. Our products quality accords with national standard and relative international standard after tested by authority quality testing department such as quality testing center for electric engineering material element of electric industrial department, Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute and Tianjin Technology Supervision Bureau No. 15 station.
Galvanized steel core wire and wire strand for aluminum cable steel reinforced produced by our factory have been used in many state key transmission line and substation projects such as 500KV Houshi-Xiamen Power Transmission Line, 500KV power transmission line in Guangdong and Southeast area, Export to Cuba 500KV Power Transmission Line, "Transmit Power from Yunnan to Guangdong"500KV Power Transmission Line and Three Gorges Project power transmission. Those cooperative companies include Kunming Cable Co., Ltd, Teibian Electric Shandong Luneng Taishan Cable Co. Ltd, Fuzhou Dayton Machinery & Electric Co. Ltd and Teibian Electric Xinjiang Cable Factory etc.
Our sales network has covered the whole country and our long-term clients distribute in systems of power, cable, telecommunication, broadcast and television in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shanxi, Shanxi, Gansu, Hunan, Northeastern Three Provinces and Zhejiang. According to foreign client's requirement, we can manufacture galvanized iron wire strand according with America Standard ASTM A 475-89 to export to Cuba to be employed in 500KV key project supported by China, which have been received recognition of Chinese and foreign engineering technical personnel. Our products also sales to other countries, such as Japanese Korea S. Oman, etc. Is well received by users, and has established steady partnership relation in some among them.
Our factory can provide galvanized steel core wire of super high strength, thick galvanized coatings and high anti-corrosion according to clients.
