Working principle This machine is a material crushing machine developed by utilizting the impact power. While materials entering into the area where hammbers effect, they will broken because of the high-speed impact of hammbers and thrown to the impact device installed on rotators for further crushing, again they are rebounded from the impact plate to the area where hammers effect for further crushing. This process will be carried out again and again, until materials are crushed into required size and discharged from the outlet. Material size and shape can be changed by adjusting the clearance between the impact frame and rotators frome. Spring gurantee device is equipped on the back of the impact plate, while the non-crushed materials entering into the crushing chamber, the impact fram will go backward, and be discharged from the machine.
