3DFAMILY was founded in 1996 in Taiwan by many PhDs, masters and professors of several distinguished Taiwanese universities. Its profound research and development has spread in many fields such as optics, electronics and 3D graphics. Till now, the number of the scientific paper and patent has added up to three hundred. Moreover, 3DFAMILY is global laser scanning technique leader and its 3D laser scanning system got "Creative Award" in Taiwan in year 2000.
3DFAMILY produces 3D laser scanners which can be applied widely in reverse engineering，rapid prototyping. For meeting the inspection and quality control demand from customer, after unremitting work, 3DFAMILY products vision measuring machines, vision video comparator, CMM, X-ray non-destructive detector and RoHS fluorescence detector. And 3DFAMILY can also make special measuring instruments according to customer need.
All products integrate optical and photo processing system perfectly, and widely used in inspection of metal machining, mold, plastic, hardware, gear industries, and also used in products research, mold design, hand made, original sculpture, RP, electric detecting. These works improve the efficiency of the concerning industries. Furthermore, company has strong economic strength, and supply completely service in technology, research, produce and marketing. Till now, company has 35 branches in China and lots of overseas marketing centers. Marketing and service centers are widly located in China and overseas.
