With over forty years' development, New Huachang Group is reformed from Hunan Huachang-the secondary state-owned enterprise and the Chinese second antimony products base into a huge syndicate group. Now our group holds and shares the entities of Shenyang Huachang Non-Ferrous Mingin Co.,Ltd,Hongkong Huachang Antimony Chemical Limited,Shenyang Chenzhou Mining Co.,Ltd, Fushun Hongtoushan Copper Smelting Plant,Dalian Five Star Catalysts Factory,Hunan Shengli Chemical Factory,Huachang Antimony Smelting Plant, Hunan Huachang Mining Corporation , Ouya Masterbatch Factory,Guohui Antimony Industry Co.,Ltd, Xinhuan Non-Ferrous Metals Smelting plant,Global Star Mining Smelting Co.,Ltd and Chenzhou Xingxin Nickel & Molybdenum Smelting Co.,Ltd.With fast reformation,Huachang Group purchases and holds the stock of Xinhuan Non-Ferrous Metal Smelting Plant, newly increases the production lines for separating antimony, lead, arsenic, and builds the production lines for regenerating and using lead, zinc, bismuth and indium. In December 2007, Global Star Mining Co., Ltd was established which mainly smelts the tailing ores of lead & antimony and produces lead-antimony alloy.In 2008, bought shares of Hongtoushan Copper Smelter. The production lines for regenerating and using other non-ferrous metals also have been under preparation and construction.
During years of practices, Huachang Group developed gradually from mainly exploiting, smelting and further production exploitation to the extension of processing and smelting of other non-ferrous metals. Our group has completed mine exploitation, abroad import; exploit a mine by abroad investment, established oversea factory for selecting mine, the smelting of regeneration resource of non-ferrous metal, and further processing chemical products of non-ferrous metal successively. So our enterprise improves itself in reform and achieves development..

The Antimony Product Machining Plant which is subordinate to Huachang Group has the annual production capacity of 12000 MT antimony products. The annual capacity of smelting antimony is 25000 Mt. The annual capacity of smelting copper is 50000 Mt. The annual production capacity of Non-Ferrous Metal scraps( Lead Zinc copper Indium Bismuth) is 18000 Mt. Huachang Group has registered ISO 9002:2000 certificate for our export products including antimony ingot, antimony granule , antimony trioxide, catalytic antimony trioxide, sodium antimonate, antimony trisulfide, antimony trioxide masterbatch, antimony triacetate, cobalt acetate, manganese acetate and ammonium tetramolybdate, lead-antimony alloy. At the same time Huachang Group has been persisting in management of good faith, pursuing excellent quality and supplying superior service. For many years, we have accumulated a great deal of new and regular cooperant customers both in and abroad.
The processes of metal renewable resources of Huachang Group has taken shape, with a blast furnace, two bismuth smelting furnaces, a carburizing furnace, a roasting furnace, two silver boiling furnaces, two large-sized reverberatory furnaces and a copper melting furnace as well as a lead electrolyzing workshop based mainly on pyrometallurgy. In 2006 we were put through the inspection of environmental protection department from county, city and province; and we attained the national emission standard with the Province-certificate of environmental protection awarded..
