Description Espread ESSM type of vertical bead mill is a high efficiency wet process grinding machine to reduce particle size for low and medium viscosity chemical liquids, such as car finishing paints, industrial paints, printings inks, pigment dispersion and others liquid chemicals. Features: 1.Easy to change color and to be cleaned. Reliable operation, low failure ratio and good performance but low cost, etc. 2.Integral construction is adopted by motive shaft and main shaft so the machine runs very stably without any noise. It can rotate with high speed even if it’s under the condition of no abrasive medium. This performance can’t be got for the traditional opening type grinder. 3.The helix-seal and lip seal designed with patent guarantees no leakage during operation and no need to change the sealing parts forever. 4.The dynamic interval separator adopted for the outlet part is the same as the horizontal bead mill. The abnormal phenomenon that the abrasive medium separates the dispersing area in the case of large flow in the open type sand mill has been solved basically. The working efficiency of this equipment is increased obviously. 5.The designing principle for ESSM hydraulic lift (vertical) full enclosing bead mill is advanced.
