Oyeer Industry Co. Ltd has eight years' experience in OEM plastic mold design, serving over 100 clients worldwide including Coca-Cola, Heineken and KFC. Our products cover plastic bags, plastic bottles, bottle caps, plastic blister clamshell package etc packaging items. We offer you services including products design, mold design and making, blowing & blister manufacture, assembling and imprinting manufacture. Our annual sales topped $4 million last year.
Our in-house R&D team includes eight engineers with substantial experience (over five years on average) working for famous enterprises such as Ansmann. They can read English drafts and create OEM models exactly according to your specifications. We only need two days to bring up a draft and seven days to have a sample ready for you. With their talents, we add six new items to our catalog every month. In addition, we invest five percent of our annual sales into R&D, keeping us abreast of the latest product trends.
We have three factories covering a total area of 9,000 square meters. Over 500 workers operate with six production lines and a CNC machining center equipped with advanced machines for milling, grinding and polishing. Our monthly production is 2 million pieces of injection products, 1.8 million pieces of blow molding products, 20 million pieces of bags and packages, 80 percent of which are exported. All these advantages enable us to gain a great number of reliable raw material suppliers (a number of them have been working with us for over six years).
We have 10 QC specialists conducting stringent QC on each step from sample design to packaging. And we have successfully maintained a defect rate under 0.05 percent. In 2005, we successfully supplied Coca-Cola with 1.5 million promotional cups, earning us a good reputation in global markets.
