Products are seized by gripper through inflating or deflating air. Products are automatically lifted, moved and declined through integrating pneumatic apparatus and electric control. Harmonious act and stable operation. It adopt transducer and PLC integrated human-machine interface. encasing movement is drove by motor which is controlled by servo driver and transducer during work, whose start and end are slow and stable. Transducer do stepless speed regulation for encasing speed. Facility is made of reasonable mechanic structure, reliable pneumatic apparatus and advanced electric control. It only replace fixture of clamp bottle when change different bottle. Touch screen is adopted. Common fault can be analyzed, diagnosed and solved by itself. Machine equip pro-tecting cover and safety apparatus of photoelectricity. Facility can automa-tically stop to protect when lack bot-tle and carton, jam carton or locate wr-ong. Good steel and component of oil-free lubrication are used with low noise and no oil pollution.
