Shandong Kaitai Metal Abrasive Co.Ltd. is the biggest manufacturer of metal abrasivewhich integrates with technical research, development and production, co-operating with Material Science & Engineering College of Shandong University and guided by experts and professors, the company developed 8 series including cast steel shot, cast steel grit, steel cut wire shot, stainless steel shot, stainless steel cut wire shot, aluminium shot, zinc shot, copper shot, 80 kinds of abrasive products. Based on 450 million Yuan (RMB) of fixed assets, with a yearly turnover of 1000 million Yuan (RMB), the company could produces 150,000 tons metal abrasive every year.
The company occupies 400,000 square meters and is located in Zouping Fenghuang Economic Zone which is China’s largest abrasive base. It’s only 52km to Jinan, the capital of Shandong province. It’s only 500 meters away from Jinan-Qingdao expressway and only 7km away from Zhangqiu exit of Jinan-Qingdao expressway. The main products are cast steel shot, cast steel grit, steel cut wire shot, stainless steel shot, stainless steel cut wire shot, aluminium shot, zinc shot, copper shot, etc.
The company is Advanced & New Technology Enterprise of Shandong Province and National Blasting & Peening Standardization Technology Committee Unit. With strong technical force, advanced equipments like intermediate frequency induction furnace, centrifugal blasting machine and so on. The company could produces high strength, strong durability cast steel shot, cast steel grit through double quenching, tempering, screening and so on. The company has perfect quality control system. The company has introduced two Ervin Test Machine from USA. Ervin Test Machine is mainly used for testing fatigue life of metal abrasive. In additional, the company also has introduced SPECTRO spectral analyzer from Germany to test ingredient of metal abrasive. The quality of products has met SAE & ISO international standards and the company has passed international standard ISO9001. Meanwhile, the company has gained famous trademark of Shandong province. The products have exported to more than 20 countries and regions and have got good comments from domestic and abroad users of foundry plant, forging plant, heat treatment shop, steel structure plant, container manufacturer, shipyard, auto and locomotive manufacturer and stone industries.
