NINGBO FASTENER FACTORY was established in 1984, it is very specialized in the production and sale of hex cap screw, covering an area of 16,000 square meters with the production capacity of 15,000 metric tons annually. It has owned 45 sets of full automatic multistage cold former, 10 sets of double blow solid die cold header, and many of further processing equipments such as head cutter, thread rolling machine and so on. In order to ensure the quality to be effectively controlled in the full process of production, it has been equipped the full line testing machines of tensile strength tester, metallurgical microscopy, Rockwell hardness, Vickers hardness.
