Our PCBs have 1-20 layers, including 12 to 20 layers for prototyping; maximum panel dimension: 400mm*500mm, board thickness: 0.4mm to 4mm; PCB material: FR-4 with Tg120 to 180 Celsius degrees; drill hole size: 0.2mm to 6mm; copper thickness: 1oz to 4oz; minimum trace width/distance: 0.076mm/1-2oz, 0.2mm/3oz, 0.3mm/4oz; solder mask and silkscreen color available: black, white, yellow, red, blue, green; V-cut acceptable; surface process: HASL, OSP, electroless immersion Tin, Gold, Silver; UL certification, RoHS compliant.
In order to provide a comprehensive range of Electronic Manufacturing Service for global customers, we have also experienced in plastic injection, metal die casting, and all kinds of metal process, such as punching, extrusion, notching, bending, sheet stamping, forging and welding; as well as relevant surface finishing process such as texture and oil spraying, anodization and silkscreen.
