Zhengzhou Huitong Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd., located in Zhengzhou City, China's garden city and traffic hub, adjacent to the historic Shaolin Temple, the Millennium ancient temple, belonging to Hebei Huitong Pipe Fittings Manufacturing Co., Ltd., is mainly engaged in import and export of steel pipe and fittings products.
Our company was established in 1978, covers an area of 90,000 square meters, and employs a staff of 258 people, including 26 management persons, 31 professional technicians, 12 people with senior professional titles and 13 people with intermediate professional titles. The company has fixed assets of 38 million Yuan, working capital 56 million Yuan, 75 sets of production and processing equipment, more than 200 employees and 31 intermediate and senior technical staff. Our annual production capacity is 25,000 tons. The company is equipped with internationally advanced pipe production equipment and sophisticated detection methods, and has introduced 3,000-ton hydraulic machines with advanced performance and large-scale IF bending machine, other cold forming, hot extrusion, IF bending, forging, welding, heat treatment, surface treatment and other production equipment totaling 72 sets, and 38 sets of testing equipment with test ability including: X-ray flaw detection, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, spectrum testing, metallographic analysis, material strength tensile test, hardness test, etc. Our products have been exported to more than 30 countries since 1990 and enjoy a high reputation in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
Our products include high-, medium- and low-pressure pipes and fittings, including seamless steel tubes, welded steel pipes, spiral steel pipes, longitudinally welded pipes, oil casing, bent pipes, elbow, tee, flanges, and forgings and so on. We can also manufacture according to customer's design and special requirements. The materials we use include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron and gray cast iron and other metal materials and production standards all conform to ASME / ANSI, API, ISO, DIN, MSS and other international standards. We operate in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards, our products are subject to third-party tests by BV, SGS and TUV, certified by API 5L/5CT, the American Petroleum Institute, and are rewarded with the U.S. ASME steel sealed certificate. Our products are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, natural gas, metallurgy, shipbuilding, public works and the construction industry.
