Taian Character Polymer Co., Ltd. located at the foot of the famous mountain Tai, was established in March 2006, with registered capital of RMB5 million. Our company is committed to the production and development of medication-assisted inhaling device for treatment of COPD and asthma. Our current products include actuators for use with aerosol (MDI), dry powder inhalers (DPI) for use with medicine powder, as well as spacer inhalers for use with metered dose inhalers (MDI) which is suitable for children and infants. The production equipment and environment we have makes our company has the ability to produce other disposable plastic medical supplies if samples are supplied.
Products are produced, assembled and packaged in the extremely clean workshop after being sterilized by ethylene oxide. The gas chromatography is adopted to confirm the amount of residue of epoxy ethane. Purification workshop is designed in full accordance with GMP, and has purification facilities for personnel and materials. Dust production rooms are designed with the function of whole ventilation to avoid cross-contamination. Our manufacturing equipment and precision injection molding machines are purchased from Taiwan area, and the molds adopted for production are provided by Suzhou Precision Mold Company. The medical-use polymeric carbon, silicone and polypropylene are purchased from Germany Bayer Co., Ltd. The adopted material formulation contains antistatic composition to ensure no drug residues when it is used. Our sample inspection is used to test the raw material. The material can't be put into production unless it is in line with the standard. Our production process is enforced in strict accordance with related operating procedures and management protocols to ensure product quality.
