Productivity: our production processes are involved in product design, material purchases, cutting and tailoring, zipper and handle preparation, high frequency welding, sewing, printing, embroidery, quality control and product packing etc. And furthermore, we have very experienced management and production teams who are very skilled in packaging design and manufacturing. Our production throughput is over 10 million pieces of sewn or welded packaging products a year.
The main materials we use for our products include PP non-woven fabric, LDPE film, PVC film, PEVA film, Laminated film, Nylon fabric, Canvas, Cotton, Water-proof material, UV-proof material, Nylon zipper, and other environment-friendly packaging materials. We have different product styles ready available for customers to choose, meanwhile, we can produce packaging products based on customer's packing purpose, original samples or design drawings.
Quality Control: DQC, VQC, IQC, PQC, FQC are strictly implemented in all the production processes. Quality control measures: full check before packing, AQL sampling check before shipping, or audit by third party (if required by customer) before shipping.
