Heibei Yongsheng High-Pressure Pipe Fitting Factory was Established in 1982. It is a professional High-Pressure Pipe Fitting Factory which produces all kinds of pipe fittings with different kind of materials. Our products are widely applied in industry of petroleum, chemical, electric power, natural gas, shipbuilding, metallurgy, mechanical, textile, food, medical, architecture, etc.
Process and facilities
The Company has advanced manufacturing process and facilities, complete test means, with quality assurance system adopting internationally commonly used ISO 9001:2008 standard. Nowadays, the company owns special equipments for producing pipe fittings, such as 820 medium frequency elbow pushing machine, large R bend machine, 16"tee cold extruding forming machine, 20"stainless steel elbow pushing special machine, 2000T large table board hydraulic press, 1000T,500T four-column hydraulic press, high-power heat treatment furnace and shoot blaster, etc., equipped inspection and testing equipments, such as multi-purpose material testing machine, low temperature impact testing machine, fully quantitative direct reading spectrometer, digital ultrasonic flaw detector, optical microscope, etc. With a large number of engineering technicians and technical operators for manufacturing pipe fittings many years, the company has the process design, fabrication, welding, heat treatment, chemical cleaning and product testing and inspection abilities. Up to now, the company has established long-term stable cooperation relationship with domestic all kinds of large chemical industry, petroleum, shipbuilding, natural gas, electric power industry, etc., Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Enterprises, and various main designing institutes. The products are exported to US, UK, Belgium, Norway, Egypt, Serbia, Pakistan, etc.
