Large, true Flatbed design adopts a strong 6 zone sectional vacuum table or up-down wheels built-in table to keep media stationary on a flat surface to achieve accurate registration; heavy duty chassis ensures 5-year durable time, enabling to hold heavy materials virtually up to 100mm in thickness; dark table with high absorbance to reduce UV light reflex. Print directly onto a variety of rigid or sheet-cut flexible materials like vinyl, leather, paper, acryl, foam, wood, metal, glass, ceramic tile, drywall, corrugated board and more. Advanced and efficient “Integration Technology” UV curable system from UK, provides environment-friendly print condition; One or two UV lamps can be used while printing according to different materials for suitable cured result. Different models supply print area of 3.0m*2.2m, 2.44m*1.83, and 2.44m*1.22m; 12 P.H. can be arrayed on sellable models, the configuration of 2 P.H. per color has speed of 16 M2 under production mode. Negative pressure ink supply system controls normal colors and white ink separately and built-in temperature sensor &heater type P.H. keeps fluent and continuous print, no need automatic nozzle cleaning during printing or for standby, 12 liters UV ink saved every year. Imaging technology for droplet of 14pl or 42pl, max resolution reaches 1440dpi; Caldera or Photoprint Rip software and SkyJet Manager V9.22 with “Feather” processing way get vivid and sharpness printed images. Basic 4 colors, 6 colors, white and varnish configurations are available. White options of substrate white, cover white, fill white, spot white and under color white achieve wonderful white applications. Clear top coat varnish as a separate application is used to increase outdoor life, avoid scratch and to add or reduce gloss. Unique two ways print function in Y direction realizes printing forward or backward at ease, which makes cover white and substrate white options easy to switch, X-beam’s return time saved. Automatic P.H. capping device prevents the nozzles from air once the carriage parks, which keep P.H. at good print condition at any time, durable time is extended. Several location pins mounted on table to load regular or irregular materials in right place, which helps ensure same print starting point in X and Y direction for batch jobs.
