Detailed Description
This machine mainly consists of conical double-screw extruder, calibrating table, haul-off and cutting unit, film covering unit, sawdust collector and tipping table. It is quite suitable for rigid PVC window and door profile high-speed producing, directly extruding the molding product using powder material, which the latest air cooling control technology is applying to the barrel in the extruder of which the screws rotates outward in the opposite direction, and the screw-cores is adopted advanced interor circulating oil temperature control system.
