Detailed Description
This is a machine use to make the industrial roll(Jumbo toilet roll). After the parent roll is unwinding, the paper web will be embossing, or/and edge-embossing, perforating, then cutting and rewinding into the size wanted by customer.
Main features of the machine:
2 unwind stands,max.parent roll width 1350mm,1750mm,2000mm,2400mm,2700mm(please choose 1 size) max. dia.1100mm,core inner.dia.3”,web tension and parent roll transversal is manually control.with pneumatic loading and pneumatic driving for parent roll.
Finished product Max.winding dia.350mm,core inner dia.3”,cut off size :100mm (other please specify)
Finished product winding density is pneumatic control
Winding shaft is 1 pc air shaft of 3”
Paper cores feeding, finished product discharging, are manually effected.
Program control: by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
Data setting: on operating panel
With paper Detector, Speed adjusting by inverter.
