Freet's ERW Line Pipe factory, freetqd (at) gmail (dot) com for more details, owns high steel grade production line with annual capacity of 120, 000 ton of every kind of ERW pipe with outer diameter from 4 1/2" to 14", and the largest length to 15m. The products include X80 and below X80 steel grade per API 5L. Freet owns the first production line in China which is able to manufacture N80 grade steel casing, by introducing the rolling mill and flying cut-off saw of Nakata Mfg.Co,Ltd.(Japan),hi-frequency welder and heat treatment equipment of Thermatool Co.,Ltd(USA). All pipes in the Mill are on-line ultrasonic tested, weld-seam off-line ultrasonic tested and hydro-pressure tested etc, to guarantee that the products ex-works will completely meet the requirements of our clients. We are professional in not only API casing, tubing, ERW line pipe, sucker rod, but also pumping units, workover rig and so on. Our main clients are Royal Shell, Repsol-YPF, PDO, CNPC, SINOPEC and so on.
