We are special manufacturer of producing PVC/PP/PE/WPVC/WPP/WPE pipe, profile and plate production line. Every year there are many buyers from Russia, Brazil, Africa and Eastern Europe come to our company visit production line and we have exported not only to these countries but also other regions and countries like Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bengal and India. Our main products are as follows:
1.SJSZ51/55/65/80/92 conical twin screw extruder.With different extruding die-heads,screws and other auxiliaries,they are able to directly convert PVC/WPVC/PE/WPE powder into pipes, plates and profiles.
2.SJSZ51-YF180、SJSZ65-YF240 PVC/WPVC profile production line.The whole unit is mainly used to producing skirting board, ceiling frame,multiple-holes pipe for passing through lines,door frame,floor and other profiles.
3.SJSZ80-YF240 PE profile production line,which is special for making PE plastic outdoor floor, wall-protect board,pallet, garden fence and pavilion,leisure bench etc.
4.SJSZ80-MB600/MB800/MB1000/MB1250 PVC/WPVC hollow door production line.The whole production line is special for producing plastic hollow door,crust foam plate,elbowboard etc.
5.SJSZ80-FB1220、SJSZ92-FB1220/FB1400/FB1500 PVC/WPVC (crust foaming) sheet/plate production line.Thickness 1-25mm,width 1220-1500mm.The whole line is mainly used in indoor decking,such as making furniture,kitchen cabinet,advertising board,art material,wall board etc.
6.SJSZ-GF PVC/HDPE pipe production line,which is mainly used in producing various diameter and thickness pipes for water-supply and drainage etc.
7.All the other auxiliary series like SJ35-150 single screw extruder,prilling series,SRl-Z heat and cool mix units,SMF multi-fuction mills etc.
All the main electric units adopt import equipment, such as Siemens transducer,Siemens PLC temperature controlling meter,Snaid switch and relay.The whole line all controlled by computer program system.
