After more than ten years of research, we have formed 500-8000 tpd series production. And we have produced hundreds of high-quality grate coolers, which are machined in the cement production line both domestic and abroad. At present, we have produced new generation grate coolers adopting aired beam plate technology. The new generation grate coolers feature the resistance grate plates and own the system that the aired beam supplies air directly to the grate plates. This advanced air directly to the grate plates. This advanced air distribution method has greatly improved the cooling efficiency. In the meanwhile, the service life of the grate cooler has also been prolonged.
