Detail Company Introduction
Incorporated in 2003, we are engaged in developing, designing, producing and exporting injection moulds containing high precision tooling and normal tooling, prototyping and plastic parts. 90% of our products are exported to the USA and European countries such as Germany and the UK. Our products have a wide range of uses covering home appliances, IT, automobile, digital stuff and medical treatment.
We own 2 factories located in Zhongshan, with about 200 employees, 6 CNC machines, 16 EDM and other facilities working in good function. Our capacity is 35~40 injection moulds and huge quantity of prototyping parts per month. Among these, there are moulds with several hot runner systems including HASCO, DME, INCOE, EWIKON, Moldmaster and YUDO. There are also gas-assisted injection moulds and high precision connector moulds. Prototyping parts are being made by CNC milling, SLA, SLS or vacuum injection. Besides, we can make a whole project design according to the concept or idea from customer as well. Most popular design software like Pro-E, SolidWork, autoCAD and UG are applied by our skillful engineers. We also can make the Moldflow analysis if necessary before design and make the mould.
High quality, short lead time and low cost earn us high praises from our customers. We will always take these as our crucial tenets. Furthermore, we have been developing an effective system for accomplishing a whole project from design, tooling, molding and assembly to finished product.
