Our factory is located in Wuxi city,a beautiful city by the side of TaiHu Lake which is famous for its prosperous economic、convenient transport and its picturesque scenery.Our factory is specially devote to the development、production and marketing of the liquid metal sensor.
The new technology of spray drying for refining powder was invested by our senior engineer Mr. Liu Tao who is enjoying the national special allowance. This technology is an exclusive of our factory,it is used for producing high precise tungsten rhenium thermocouple wires.According to the appraisal and test of the experts,this technology is an original craft in the world.The quality of our thermocouple wire represents the world advanced level in the 1990s.It’s in conformity with the US standard of ASTME696-84 and a few of them exceed it. The product won the First Class Prize of science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry in 1985,the Second Class Prize of National Science and Technology Progress in 1987,the title of State Class new products in 1993,Gold Medal in sixth China New Technology and New Product Fair in 1994,and the Star Prize of Science and Technology of the United Nations Invention and Renovation in 1995.
Our factory is an exclusive training center and a professional manufacturer of the tungsten rhenium expendable thermocouple authorized by the initial Metallurgy. Our products such as W/Re expendable thermocouple and Anti-oxidation W/Re thermocouple can be substituted for the Pt/Rh thermocouple and be used in air environment.
The mainly products of our factory are:all types of tungsten rhenium thermocouple wire,W/Re expendable thermocouple,Pt/Rh expendable thermocouple,liquid iron sampler,liquid steel sampler,lance,intelligent indicator and other assemblies.Our product is famous for its measuring stability and precision,and it sell well in more than 29 provinces and municipalities in China for many years.Our product also exported to many countries,such as German、America、France、Russia、Brazil、India、Indonesia、Thailand、Pakistan and Vietnam.
