Brief introduction
China Tangshan Zhifu Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd was established in 1986，lies in the southeast of Beijing (capital of China) about 110 kilometers and is adjacent to National Highway 102 with convenient transportation. We have 120 employees including 2 senior engineers, 12 highly experienced engineers, 24 mechanicians and a large number of professionals who have graduated from university and college. It is a knowledge-based, scientific and technological enterprise for special-purpose plastic machinery integrating design, develop, manufacture and service with advanced equipment, perfect monitoring method and strong technological foundation. The company was awarded the Advanced Technology Enterprise by China Ministry Of Science And Technology, it is also the member of National Commercial and Industrial Association and awarded the honor for several times. The company has import-export authority independently and passes the Certification of ISO9001 Quality System and European Union CE Certificate.
Our company is in the leading position of water-saving irrigation fields in China, we are one of the pioneer enterprises for making drip irrigation equipment in China and we have more than 7 years histories of manufacturing the drip irrigation equipment. We take the lead of using and improving several practical and new-type technologies, of which three rollers type tractor has the characteristics of convenient using, easy operation, drip irrigation tape’s running in right pathway, stable traction and few breakdown thus increasing the traction speed. Cast aluminium wind-ring is another practical product based on experience we summarized in practice continuously. It can cool and form extruded pipe preliminarily to reach the plasticizing demands of products thus speeding up production. Our patent product－durable filter device, which changes the traditional filter-changing method in pathwise (axial direction) and become the filter-changing in transverse direction (transverse vertical, 90 degree) thus raising the operability of changing filter and filter-changing speed, prolonging the filter-changing time in production and reducing waste material. New technology and top quality build up the stability and high output of our equipment.
We are the largest enterprise that manufactures and sells drip irrigation equipment in China. From 2003 till now, we have sold the drip irrigation equipment in accumulation more than 1500 sets, only the single blade labyrinth type drip irrigation tape making machine we sold reach more than 1300 sets.
