Hubei Yachuan Automobile Gear (Group) Co., Ltd, is a Sino-Australia joint-venture. His former is Hubei Automobile Gears Plant, which was one of the famous enterprises of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, had a long history (founded in 1966) of manufacturing many type of Auto gears.
The group company owns net assets of 320 million RMB, covers an area of 103 thousand square meters, among them there are building area of 32 thousand square meters, The company with traffic facilities, locates in Yunmeng county, Hubei Province, which is 48 kilometers from Wuhan Tianhe international airport, and the cross point of Beijing-Zhuhai highway, Wuhan-Shiyan highway, No. 316 national highway and Fujian-Sichuan railway.
The main products cover Power-take-off gearboxes, transfer gearboxes for various types of automobiles made in China, such as Dongfeng trucks, Jiefang trucks, Isuzu trucks and Styer trucks, also has gearboxes for airplane tractor and luggage vehicle, planetary reducer for cleaning machine, gear for Cummins engine and Dongfeng gasoline engine, hypoid bevel gears and transmissions for other machines. The products are procured by main domestic specialized vehicle manufacturers and military truck producers, and some are exported to the USA and European countries.
The company has advanced manufacturing and checking equipments, in total 754 sets, such as IPSEN multi-functional heat-treatment furnaces imported from Germany, NZA worm-wheel gear grinding machine and SP-60 gear inspection instrument from Switzerland and American Gleason hypoid gear cutters, etc.
By many years of efforts, the company has had mature quality control and service system, R&D power, has walked ahead in the industry. We will continuously keep close step with our partners for seeking the co-development, with our customers by our belief of "surviving by quality and developing by credit standing" as well as the business principal of "quality first and customer first".
To improve our management, we introduced TS16949 quality control system on the basis of ISO19002-2000 in January 2006, By force of the new system, We believe our company will be further improved in management.
