Detailed Description
The machine is applied to laminating various roll materials like plastic film(BOPP, PET, CPE, PVC, PE, CPP etc.), paper, aluminum foil and etc. in tow-layer or multi-layer manner.
The unwinding and rewinding equipments adopts independent dual arm and dual working position electromotion retroflexion stander. The machine adopts automatic dual photoelectricity tracking rectification system, air sensing rectification system, automatic tension control system, and independent constant temperature hot wind circulation drying system., and air cylinder top open type oven. It adopts mesh roller for glue spreading. Pressing rubber roller and laminating roller are controlled pneumatically. The machine holds the characteristics of high laminating speed, lower noise, lower energy consumption and lower air pollution etc.
1. Both unwinding and rewinding equipments adopts air-expansion shaft to bear roll materials, assuring fast replacement, evenly supporting force and accurate centering.
2. Both the first and the second unwinding equipments adopt automatic dual-photoelectricity tracking rectification system, assuring the unwinding edge smooth and tidy.
3. The tension of the first unwinding, the second unwinding and the rewinding is controlled independently by automatic tension control system respectively.
4. Quantitative transferred glue spreading by mesh roller; pneumatic pressure rubber roller; pneumatic back pressure doctor; independent motor controlling doctor's horizontal movement.
5. The heat conducting oil in the laminating steel roller is heated up to make the roller surface heat evenly and save power as well.
6. Glue spreading pressure rubber roller and laminating pressure rubber roller pressurize pneumatically, pressure adjustable.
7. The machine adopts dual-frequency conversion timing technology and Japan panasonic transducer, assuring every part drives synchronously.
8. Total length of air cylinder top open type oven is 8 m and is divided into four segments. Open and close is controlled by air cylinder. Inside oven, bearing rollers are shaped in arch. There are walkway and guard rail at the side of the oven.
9. The oven is divided into four segments. The temperature of every segment is controlled independently. External heater is heated up by electricity. The blower inbreathes hot air into the oven.
10. Inside, the oven adopts hot air circulation structure and saves the energy. The materials is stainless steel. At the entrance of oven, the air exhaust equipment discharges the volatilized solvent in order to avoid exhaust gas participating in the second circulation and ensure safety.
11. The entrance of the oven holds air sensor system, which automatically controls the tension of the film in the oven.
12. The rewinding equipment adopts E. P. C. air-sensing rectification system
13. All bearing rollers adopt the highly hardened aluminum alloy rollers imported from China Taiwan, static and dynamic equilibrium treated.
