Ltd., located in Dongxu international foundry industry zone, focuses on the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of UHMW-PE product. The company has cooperated with many industry plastic research centers such as plastic machinery research institute of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China plastic information research centre etc. The company has established a professional research and development team. The UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Product) product series includes sheets, rollers, rods and special shaped products.
The company has set up world-level stressing production line, extruding molding production line, injection molding production line, which can deal with UHMW-PW material by stressing, extruding and injection.

PROPERTIES特性
UHMWPE is a linear polyethylene with a molecular weight more than 3 million. It is an outstanding plastics with the best selfubrication, impact absorbing properties and the highest resistance to abrasion, impact, chemicals of any thermoplastics polymer. It is regarded as an amazing material, otherwise the ultra long molecular chain make it difficult for processing it cannot flow at melting, traditional methods don't work, so developing advanced conversion technology UHMWPE the star of the new material will grow fast and be widely used.
Abrasion resistance 耐磨性
The hardness of UHMW-PE is four times higher than nylon 66, and six times higher than steel, the highest among resins.
Impact strength冲击强度
UHMW-PE has the highest impact strength of any engineering plastics, about three times that of nylon, two times that of PC, five times that of ABS, withstands repeated impaction, even at -196℃ it is tough, together with it's superior abrasion and corrosion resistance. UHMW-PE has made itself idealy suited for industrial applications in complicate and rough environments.
Selflubrication 自润滑
UHMW-PE is selflubricant, as a bearing even without grease it works better than steel or bronze bearing with grease, UHMW-PE friction parts need no lubricant, maintain easily, operate smoothly, have least friction, and cause no damage to oponent, is a superb material for use wear parts in machinery and equipment. The friction index is only 0.07-0.11, which is only one eighth that of steel.
Noise and vibration absorbing消音
UHMWPE has the best impaction absorbing property, so it dampen noise and vibration soundly.
Chemical stability 化学稳定性
Non-caking and sticking抗粘附
UHMW-PE's surface absorption affinity is very feeble, materials are difficult to stick to it.
UHMW-PE's water absorption is less than 0.01% only 1% that of nylon66, in water environment it's very stable, resists the attachment of algae and fungus.
Sanitary卫生
UHMW-PE's FAD/USDA approved, can contact drug and food directly.
Light weight and easily machined低密度，易加工
UHMW-PE is lighter than water, weighs approximately 1/8 that of steel, the same part UHMWPE has lower price than steel, need no maintain, easy to machine, conventionally sawed, milled, planed and drilled, so UHMWPE has a competitive price.
