Kern is a very specialized manufacturer of silicone and adhesive coating since its establishment in 1998. Currently, Kern is producing more than 100 kinds of products, which covers single-coated or double-coated siliconized film releasing liner, a high degree of siliconized film releasing liner with special treatment as well as self adhesive tapes for industrial purpose. Kern’s product lines include a diverse range of application fields, such as Electrical & Electronics, IT/ Display (Mobile phone, PDA and LCD), automobile, construction, medical, and manufacturing & converting of self adhesive tape.
Based on the advanced technology and long experience, Kern invested in China, and set up Kern Fine Materials(Yantai) Co.,Ltd in Yantai-city, Shandong province in 2004 and next, Foshan Kern Materials Co.,Ltd in Foshan-city, Guangdong province in 2006 as the second factory which is equipped with the clean room (10,000 class). This allows us to anticipate and keep pace with customer’s changing requirement in well controlled environment.
At the same time, Kern got the international recognized quality management certificate, ISO 9001 through full automatic coating and converting facilities. Also, Kern is serving a product with very stable quality and reliable service to the market through the effective and well managed production system. Upon requesting, Kern can design customized products and offer a variety of products in thickness, release force and application.
Besides, Kern is supplying 4 color printed paper sticky note and film sticky notes(Glass memo, Maple, and Film Index Marker) to office and stationery market and is enjoying a good reputation with excellent printing quality and good adhesion. These items can be provided in different kinds of shapes and designs to be order-made.
