The company can supply various products in various models and specifications, such as vacuum injection compound insulator core bar (acid-resistant and high temperature resistant), epoxy (high temperature resistant) glass fiber winding tube, epoxy (high temperature resistant) glass cloth tube, vacuum soaking glue compound insulator core bar, vacuum soaking glue fiber glass tube (glass cloth tube), which are widely used in compound insulators, arresters, fuses, high-voltage switches, passing through wall casings, reactors, wave absorbers, transformers, and also used in the insulation such parts of high-voltage apparatuses of electric railway as compound insulators, lightning arresters, spacing rods, high-voltage limit current fuses, properties (including acid-resistance and high temperature resistance, voltage resistance etc.) of all types of products have been successfully passed the tests of National Association of Testing Authorities.
The company has a group of high and middle level technical personnel in relevant specialties, and production and management backbones with rich experience. Through adopting advanced production technology and technology equipments and testing apparatuses with excellent performance, including 50 tons horizontal pull test machine, German heat state bending-resistance vertical pull test machine, 600 KV DC high-voltage test equipment, 50 KV AC high voltage test equipment, stress and corrosion resistance test equipment, physical and chemical testing, water-spreading test equipment. The company now puts into production of 48 vacuum injection pulling and pressing production lines with different specifications, 10 sets of winding and rolling equipments, 20 sets of lathes and milling machines, 1 set of vacuum soaking glue equipment; Models with complete specifications can meet the needs of all kinds of users, and the production capacity is rare in this industry all over the country, more over, the products are popularly sold at home and abroad.
