This model adopts the five patented technologies as ladder-shaped working range, elastic connection, roller increasing pressure, etc. In additional, this grinding mill outfits high efficiency centrifugal air-introduced machine, which makes it in a leading place of worldwide. Application The machine is on purpose to grind mining materials in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemistry, mining and so on. Features and Benefits ◆ Ladder-shaped rollers and rings The rollers and rings are designed into laddered shape of different diameter, which reduces the falling speed, lengthens the time of grinding and enhancing the crushing effect. ◆ Pressurized springs The pressurized springs prolong the lifetime of the main axis and axle bearing. The symmetrical rollers are connected by horizontally placed springs. When bigger materials are grinded between the rollers and the ring, the centrifugal force will balance through the transmission to the symmetrical roller assembly. ◆ Elastic connection The classifier is connected with the main by some cushioning springs, again sealed with flexible belt, which can reduce the libration and noise, also the resonance. ◆ High- density impeller of classifier It is indicated that with the rotation speed stable, the enhance of vane’s density can improve the fineness of the finished products. That is to say, when the size of the product is fixed, the rotate speed of high-density impeller is higher than that of low-density impeller, which will reduce the resistance of airflow and enhance the capacity. ◆ High-efficiency and low-energy centrifugal air-indraught machine The efficiency of the straight-blade blower used on Roymand mill is 62%, while the efficiency of the low-energy blower is 83%. ◆ Convenient and swift adjustment settings of the impeller The clearance between the blade and the frame can influence the fineness of the finished products. Our patented technology makes the adjustment of this clearance convinient and swift. Workong principle Air enters from below the grinding ring and flows upward, carrying fines to the classifying section. The classifier sizes the pulverized material and returns oversized particles to the grinding chamber for further processing. The mill operates under negative pressure conditions, thus minimizing mill maintenance and plant housekeeping problems, while maximizing the service life of major mechanical components.
