Introductiion Raymond Grinder is used to grind barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, ceram and slag below scale 7 of Moth's hardness and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in the traded of mining, building material, chemical engineering and metallurgy for power generation and processing. Application The machine is suitable for grinding more than 280 kinds of non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with the hardness below scale 9.3 of moh’s and the moisture content below 6%, such as barite, limestone, kaolin, ceram and slags, etc, in the trades of mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generating and processing. The product size is adjustable on required in the range of 100-325 meshes. Features and Benefits ◆ It is tridimensional structure and the area is small, the compete set is strong, there is a complete production system from input material to the end products. ◆ The fineness of the end products is even, passing sieve rate is 99% and other equipments reaches rarely. ◆ The transmission is steady and reliable and the transmission device of mainframe adopts airtight gear case and zonal wheel. ◆ The all important parts use the high quality steel materials, the wearable parts is consist of wearable materials, the running is reliable and the wearing capability is very high. ◆ The servicing is convenient, the workshop realizes nobody control nearly and the centralized control is also adopted in electric system. Working principle The structure of the main frame is consist of mill,separator,duct system, blower and can equips crushers, elevator, electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, electrlic cabinet and so on. Load the stuff for grinding evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main frame. Due to the centrifugal force in rotation, the roller swings outward and presses closely upon the ring. The shovel carries the stuff to the space between the roller and ring. When the roller rolls, The stuff is thus grinded. After being grinded, the stuff is to be routed to the sorter along the wind belt of the blower and the rough powder will be put back to the grinder for regrinding. The fine powder flows into the product cyclone collector together with airflow and is expelled from the powder output pipe as product. In the grinding chamber, since the stuff may contain moisture to some extent, the heat generated during grinding makes the moisture evaporated; since the pipeline joints are not airtight, the external air is sucked in and the circulation air mass increases. In order to enable the grinder to work under negative pressures, the increased airflow is guided to the deduster anew sequentially to the atmosphere after purification.
