Introduction The High-pressure Micropowder Grinder is a new type of high-efficiency, which is developed by the engineers through several years' hard work depending on the production experiences.It adopts the fineness grading technology from Germany and Japan and tackles the difficulty in classifying super-powders. It is mainly used in super-powder processing with more than 500 kinds of materials, such as feldspar, talcum, barite,marble, limestone, charcoal blacks, and china clay, with a fineness of 500 meshes (25um) to 2500 meshes (5um) and the minimal fineness of 3500 meshes (3.55um). Application High-pressure micro-powder pulverizer is used for super fine powder proccessing of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Moh’s hardness below 6 and humidity below 8%, such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, talcum, marble, barite, gypsum, iron oxid red, iron oxid green, aluminium hydroxide, pigment, bentonite and ceramic. Features and Benefits ◆ High grinding force Compared with other pulverizers, the grinding force of the rollers upon the fed materials caused by the function of high pressure spring will increase 800-1200 kg. ◆ Energy saving. Under the same condition of capacity and fineness, its energy consumption is only one third of that of airflow pulverizer. ◆ Less investment and high benefit Under the condition of same output and fineness, the price is only one fourth of that of airflow pulverizer. ◆ Less processing Airflow pulverizer must process materials of 20mm to 100 mesh for the second fine powder processing. While high-pressure micro-powder pulverizer can directly produce fed materials less than 20mm into particles with average diameter less than 6.5 μm. ◆ Good sealing The grinding setting adopt superposed multilevel sealing. ◆ Excellent dust-cleaning result The dust cleaning has achieved the national dust discharging standard. Working principle The lump material after being crushed is transferred to a hopper by the elevator uniformly, auantitatively and continuously by the vibrating feeder into the grinding chamber of the main unit for grinding. The materials in the chamber are brought up by the spade and fed into the room between the gridning rollers and ring for crushing. The blower brings air into the grinding chamber. With the air current, the powder is inhaled into the classifier for classifying. The coarse particle drop for regrinding, and the qualified fine particles are inhaled through the air current into the cyclone collector. Then the particles are separated from the air current and discharged at the collecting end as finished powder. The air returns back to the blower through the returning pipe at the upper end. The air flows in the circulation and under negative pressure.
