Detailed Description
This furnace is composed by several parts, manufactured in the factory, assembled at worksite, conveniently and quickly. 1. It is adopted that heating by direct fire and controlling burned lacked or over oxygen. 2. Countercurrent type furnace is adopted, because of the direction of steel wire moving is reverse to the fiery moving direction. Waste gas is expelled through upper of the loading mouth. The airproof fitting and novel protection of surrounding are adopted between the mouth of steel wire going out and steel boiler. So it is effective to avoid steel oxidized. 3. Several burner of hot air burned gas is uniformly distributed at two side of furnace, staggered arrangement, thus hot temperature of steel wire is equal. Thermal load of every part is distributed more reasonable. The burner is complete airproof type, burning stable, turndown ratio being bigger. So it is fitted at hot air producing. 4. Exactly controlling furnace temperature and inner surrounding, to carry out high DV vale operation. 5. Setting electrical wire slot at the door of furnace, it is easily to pull or use electrical wire operation. 6. High effective saved source type heat-recovering device is adopted. The heat-exchanger recovery regains high temperature smoke expelled from the furnace, greatly improved its thermal efficiency and cutting down consumption of raw materials. 7. Perfect and reasonable protector may insure the furnace working safely. As power cut-off abruptly, speedy isolating valve will close immediately that fixed on main gas pipe of halted gas, sound and light will give an alarm. Purpose-made safe explosion-proof value is fixed at branch gas pipe, thus all the unexpected accident will be avoided.
