General description: This line can produce guard rail with two waves or three waves. It consists of conic-shape decoiler unit, feeding guiding platform, leveling system, shearing device, punching system, roll forming system, transmission system, cutting equipment, hydraulic station, electric controlling system and auto-stacker. Main features: Full automatic production line, operator only cares whether it is normal without intervention during the production process Adopt automatic cut to length, fixed-length positioning accuracy, both ends of product beautiful and tidy and without distortion. Equipment installation, and replacement specifications convenient, rapid, low noise, high efficiency. This equipment will provide two sets of forming frame. Enables users can change the forming seat frame by simply hanging crane to transform and produce two size products.
