In the early 70’s,Baixie is collaborated with China Taiyuan Heavy-duty Machinery College to co-develop the first set 63KJ hydraulic counterblow hammer in China ,and in the 80’s further introduced the technology 100KJ hydraulic counterblow hammer from China Ji’nan Foundry and Metalforming Machinery Research Institute. On the basis of the type CHK PLC fully-hydraulic die forging hammer, Baixie absorbed the advanced technique of large size forging hammer from in and abroad. The CDK PLC hydraulic counterblow hammer with unique and up-to-date design has taken the advantage of hi-tech fully hydraulic drive system, striking system with U-shape high rigidity casting steel framework and PLC strike control system. The structure characteristic U-shape high rigidity casting-steel framework and adjustable actinoid wide guide construction are used in type CDK hydraulic counterblow hammer on which the one sided guide clearance can be accurated to 0.1mm,eapecially,it is suitable for precise forging, The hammer tup and the framework will strike each other with equal energy even if the stroke and speed of the framework is less, and there is much difference about the hammer tup and framework ,the frame is much heavier than the tup and the ratio is up to 10:1,this ensure the stability when striking. There are several anti-vibration pad filled in compressed air under the lower anvil. When the framework is hydraulically forced down, the oil pressure also compressed the air in the anti-vibration pad. As releasing the hydraulic pressure, the whole framework is lifted up by the compressed air at the same time, the upper hammer head is driven down by high pressure oil, and strike together for the purpose of forging operation. The hydraulic drive system makes use of separate side-set design, concentrated control and connecting all the pipelines with flexible tube ,this completely solve the reliable influence to the hydraulic system when hammer working. The CDK PLC striking control system take the advantage of touch screen and programme logic controller . With the touch screen , we can realize man-machine conversation and display the statue of working and malfunctions. With the program control, he striking energy and programme striking can automatically be realized.
