Product Overview PE985T is a new functional master-batch designed to resolve the bubbles generated during the plastic products processing which uses the PE,PP raw materials. The master-batch may be used to add and simply mix with the raw materials before the plastic molding processing, which make us carry out molding processing without the drying process, so it is user-friendly, and can improve the production efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Product Features 1. It can absorb the water equivalent of 20% of its own weight 2. It has excellent processing performance, has good compatibility with PE,PP matrix, and the ordinary equipments can be used, without changing of the processing technology, it can reduce shrinkage rate of the related products, as well as shorten the processing cycle; 3. Non-toxic, non-stimulation, good plasticizing, uniform particle size; 4. Good printing performance; 5. Adding amount is within 1% - 8%, 3% is the generally recommended dosage, which is adjustable according to moisture content of the raw materials.
