FEATURES:
1、YW-1800 NEW TYPE HYDRAULIC MILL ROLL STAND (2 sets)
Paper scroll is clamped, ascended or descended, moved left or right by Six sets of hydraulic oil pressure cylinders for each set of Mill Roll Stand.
The clamped scroll:1500mm ×(800~1800)mm.
ABS Brake with air pressure motion(pneumatic) controlled, with DUAL PLATES structure and air exhausted holes, the air inside can circulated with outside, better heat radiating, decrease the abrasion of brake plate.
Two work positions,may clamp two pieces of paper scrolls at the same time, may load or unload scroll without stop the production.
Weight of Scroll:3000kg(at one work position)。
Each Stand with American style two rails structure, prevent shaking and weight bias in the course of clamping scroll and conveying: two tracks, two trolleys, one Scroll Direction Changer.
Each Stand with a whole set of hydraulic station, oil pipes, cylinders. The hydraulic control valves are made from TaiWan.
Expanding type Chuck, do help to decrease distortion of the core hole of the paper scroll, utilize to save the scroll paper as possible, and overcome lopsided influence of tension of both non-concentric sides, the size is changed by the diameter of the hole of the scroll core: 3″or 4″, selected by Client.
Not just operating on its locale panel, but receiving the message from the Single facer or the Double Facer (the Glue machine) to move across to left or right, save the man power and decrease the waste of paper while running in a high speed.

2、KDWJ-1800 NEW TYPE FAST-CHANGE VACUUM SINLGE FACER
Diameter Φ320mm of upper and lower corrugated Roller,made of material 48CrMo alloy steel,heat treatment with high frequency,precise grinding. Surface rigidity is HRC58-62.
High temperature grease for Lubricating.
The surface of every guide rollers, pre-heaters, pressing roller is grinded and plated with hard Chrome.
The surface of Glue roller is scored 24 fine thread(mesh)/inch,plated with chrome,make glue feeding well-proportioned.
Mechanical gear box is driven by universal joint and is lubricated by oil inside of the close box.
Glue feeding device is moved back and down by pneumatic cylinders.
The thickness of glue is numeral displayed, adjusted automatically according speed, the thickness &#118alue might be set by operator at any time and remembered in the EMS Memory of PLC.
The width of feeding glue of the glue trough is adjusted by electro-motion.

Pressure of steam: 1.1-1.2Mpa,condensate water is drained by metal flexible tube instead of siphon pipe, drainage is more thoroughly.

With infrared transfer for detecting paper break, protect automatically when paper is broken, the press roll and the glue trough will be pushed back.
The bearings of corrugated rollers, press rollers, are from NSK (Japan).
Main electric components are made from TE Company of France.
Main Drive is controlled by LG frequency transducer of South Korea,Main Motor is made from DongYuan Company of TaiWan.
The time of fast-changing the corrugated rollers is ~50 minutes.

3、NC(Computer Controlled) Rotary Shear Cut-off and Receiver (2ply)
This machine is usually mated with the production line with bridge,in front the inlet of the machine, the flute of the 2 ply single face cardboard is facing ground side.
This machine is consist of several parts:
Slitting parts: With 4 (or 3) pieces of slitting blades, might slitting 2 ply single face cardboard lengthways into 3 (or 2) outs.
Rotary cut off: the cut knife cut transverse.
Additional conveyor bed with narrow belts: help for stable conveying.
Wide Conveyer and receiver.
Special structure design, the intensity of the wall and the base of the machine is very good for stable running.
High precision and high hardness abrasive gear, is high speed endurance and long natural life.
Special cutting knife is suitable for high speed cutting, the cutting edge of the paper cardboard is unknit and without paper burr.
High precision of knife shafts, the design of knife rest, quite calm to cut at high speed.
Special structure design of blade adjusting or changing: very convenient, easy, fast.
The blade and blade seat of slitting or shearing edge blade, is special designed, is very convenient to adjust or change blades.

4、PREHEATER、PRECONDITIONER (electro-motion)
Diameter of the heating barrels are ?600 mm and ?900 mm,
There are two guide rollers over the top of the pre-heater big barrel(with polishing surface), one is fastness, another rotate around the big barrel by electro-motion adjustment.
The surface of the guide roller is grinded, then plated with hard chrome.
The big heating barrel is more safe to endure pressure and higher heat efficiency. The big heating barrel is fixed while working.
The pressure of steam is 1.1-1.2MPa.
5. Single LAYER SPAN BRIDGE:
convey the corrugated single face cardboard by Guide device,
With fences and ladders.
At the bottom of the bridge, equipped with relevant illumination, be convenient to operate.
The surface of all paper guide rollers are plated with hard chromium.
6、ELECTRIC SYSTEMS
Intact? Electric Control System,Electric Control System of each machine is stable and reliable.
Electromotion adjustment for the key technical parameters, such as thickness of glue, the position of the glue separate board, etc. The panels are displayed the speed of the relevant machine, easy to operate, adjust and monitor. Striking messages remind the variation of the production speed, operate interface is easy and convenience.

INSTRUCTION
1、Supplier provides all of the inspection certificates of the pressure vessels, the local safety declare is responsible for the buyer. While products are leaving factory, provide illustration book (operation manual), electric control systems principle Sketch, equipment installation foundation drawing, and some other technical documents.
2、Buyer has to construct the basement according to the installation foundation drawing of Supplier. And prepare the water, steam, power supply as follows item 3,4.
3、Buyer has to buy and install Main power supply cables and Main power switches of each machines by themselves, stretch to the appointed positions according to the installation foundation drawing of Supplier. Buyer is in charged to buy and install the main steam pipes stretch to the appointed position of each machine by themselves. The buyer is in charged to buy and install to connect the water supply pipes beside of the appointed machine.
4、Time of delivery of the production line: after the supplier received the receipt of order and deposit (20% payment of the contract ) of customer, during 70-80 days.
5、The line quality warranty 6 months,if the problems occurred belong to manufacture, the supplier is in charged to maintain, exchange, but the deliver and traffic costs to go abroad and accommodation are paid by customer. If the problems occurred not belong to manufacture, the supplier provide after-service with payment of customer. Cardboard is checked and accepted according to the STANDARD GB6544-86 of P.R. of China.
Terms of installation: After the whole equipments are perched, and technicians of Supplier arrive, during 15 days. The technicians of Supplier install the equipments, teaching the operator of Buyer practice training.
6、 The buyer provides welding machine and welding (rod) material, metal cutting machine and grinding Wheel Blades , 3 tons forklift, and some other installing tools needed as the installation tool list.
7、The buyer supply cement, sand, stone and prepare other works while structuring.
8、Boiler and steam supply is responsible for the buyer.
9、 The lubricate oil, hydraulic oil, paper Mill roll, glue material, etc, used for debugging is supplied by the buyer.
10、The buyer supply 6-8 persons to help installation.
11、The crane equipments are supplied by the buyer for installation, including 16 tons and 5 tons forklifts.
12、 The affairs not included above are settled by negotiation between both sides
