All our products (marmalades)are prepared exclusively with fresh fruit and are transformed within 48 hours after harvesting. They are washed, a part of the rind removed, triturated and cooked adding sugar.
They are prepared using exclusively citrus fruits from the Plain of Sybaris and have a fruit content of 82%, with no preservatives, colourings or thickenings added.
They are marmalades ideal for an energetic and genuine breakfast and are particularly suitable for a healthy and genuine diet and are also for children too.
The high quality of the selected raw materials and the productive artisan processes are joined while prices are contained.
The flavours available are:
Orange, Red Orange, Orange and Lemon, Clementine, Lemon.
