Product Name:PTFE rod Place of Origin:China 1)Features: There are three kinds of PTFE rods to offer.One is manufactured by paste extruding method in the diameter from 2 to 4mm and the other is made by ram extruding method in the diameter from 5 to 120mm;rods over the diameter 55to 300mm are manufactured by moulding. PTFE is the most chemical-resistant and the best dielectric of all known plastics.It is not aging and binding.It can be used from - 180 ℃- +260 ℃ under no burthen circumstances. PTFE has the lowest coefficient of friction of all known solid materials. 2)SPEC: a)Pressed rod: Diameter(mm):2,3,4 Length(mm):produced under requirements. b)Extruded rod: Diameter(mm):5--120 Length(mm):500--3000 c)Die pressed rod: Diameter(mm):55--300 Length(mm):100--300 3)Applications: Electrical insulation,seal,anti-sticking materials. Product Name:PTFE sheet 1)Features: PTFE molded sheet is manufactured b molding method with PTFE granular resin. PTFE possesses the best chemical resistance of all known plastics . It dows not age .
