Hitop industry CO.,Ltd is a corporation specialized in scientific research and manufacture optical vapour deposition materials and plastic injection mold, Guangming vacuum coating material CO.,Ltd was established with joint contribution of Hitop and KGM in 1999.
The leaders of the cooperation are mainly the experts who come from the Chinese Academy of Science(CAS) or who have devoted themselves in the research and production of vapour deposition materials. The cooperation positions itself as an enterprise specialized in "production of precision optical coating materials"
With some years of hard work, our company has developed and put into production SiO2, MgF2, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, TiO2, ZrO2 and other vapour deposition materials for sputtering target with high purity, high density and suitable for precision optical applications. The products have been used as the vapour deposition materials in large volume in digital camera, projecting TV, optic fibre communication, digital display, and the total market share grows as high as 50% per year. Our annual output is more than 30%, with 80% of the products exported to Japan, Taiwan, Europe and USA. And our sales grows each year.
