In the year 2005, BeiJing Longqian Hong Xun developed PS-NDT-AUTO automatic x-ray inspection systemwhich can Machine recognition and automation gets rid of substandard products.
PS-NDT-AUTO uses an open, modular system architecture concept that consists of the following building blocks.
The Basic Module - for total system control, operator interface, and if required, automated defect recognition (ADR). Everything that concerns your application is entered through the Windows-based Graphic User Interface. Applications specific data, operational parameters and Service information are all readily accessible and executable through this operator-friendly interface.
The Standard Modules - proven modules are combined and implemented at any time to form the system you require without costly non-recurring engineering and integration time.
Configurability - for your specific requirements. We recognize not all customers have the same requirements. Functions can be easily added to the PS-NDT-AUTO -- without rewriting or reinventing the whole system!
The PS-NDT-AUTO can be implemented as a stand alone system or it may be easily integrated into a manufacturing process. At all times you may rest assured that the PS-NDT-AUTO is working for you. Performing objective, tireless, and repeatable processes.
System setup is extremely user friendly and requires little X-ray experience, if any. Knowledge of image analysis is not required. Test programs are loaded either automatically by the test sample recognition module or by the operator using a standard computer mouse to point and click. The advantage of the automated test sample recognition module is that sorting of different styles of test samples is not required. This allows the system to be fed with all production samples you have in your production line in random order.
The Automatic x-ray Inspector is the high performance tool for fully automatic X-ray inspection of light alloy wheels and other industrial products. Automatic monitoring of X-ray and imaging conditions ensures consistent boundary conditions for reliable inspection results. The unique ROI (Regions of interest) capability enables individual corrections and parameter settings for inspecting the different regions of the X-ray image. Thus any anomalies can be precisely surveyed and classified, and the false reject rate is minimized. The inspection data can be archived and on-line statistics can help to optimize the production process.
AI is based on a high-performance multiprocessing system. Using the simple, intuitive user interface, both set up of new inspection programs and adjustment of existing programs can be done quickly and easily within minutes. The system can run in fully automatic mode or in supervised inspection mode where the operator can override the computer’s inspection decision.
