It consists of two subside companies (HUZHOU SHUANGSHI CHAIN TRANSMISSION CO., LTD and HUZHOU QIUJING AUTOMOBILE CHAIN DRIVE CO., LTD. ), which covers 120, 000 square meters. There are more than 800 employees, including more than 80 engineering technicians. Its main products are roller chains, bush chains, stainless steel chains, conveyor chains, agricultural chains, hoisting chains, oil field chains, motorcycle chains, automobile chains and all kinds of special chains. Etc. It's an important chain export base in China, whose annual output of chains is about 15 million meters, 40% of which amounting to $8million are exported to the worldwide such as America, southeast and east of Asia, and Europe. The company's RUISHI CHAIN adopts CAD, CAM to design and manufacture chains. Its heat treatment is advanced and material is selected high-quality alloy steel. The products completely conform to the international standard (ISO) and other advanced industrial standard (ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS). The performance of chains conforms to demands of customers of Europe, America and Japan such as John Deere, Citroen and Honda.
The company has obtained ISO9001: 2000 Certificate of Quality Assurance System. The products of automobile chains have passed through QS9000 and TS16949 Quality System Authentication. The testing center was ratified as adapted ISO/IEC17025 standard test ability quality institution and national grade-2 measure level unit in China. In order to strengthen the management, carry out the special production of automobile chain; HUZHOU QIUJING AUTOMOBILE CHAIN DRIVE CO., LTD was founded in 2000. The company has invested $2. 5million in chain technical reformation and imported Japan Precision High-speed Puncher, Austria Isothermal Hardening Auto-production Line. The project has been listed in State Economy and Trade Committee Key Technical Reformation Projects with national debts of our country.
