Its full stereochemical systematic name is 3-[(3S,4R)-3-methyl-6-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-1,6-diazaspiro[3.4]octan-1-yl]-3-oxopropanenitrile. This chiral compound exists as a white to off-white solid with a predicted density of 1.41±0.1 g/cm³, and dissolves in DMSO up to a maximum concentration of 58.0 mg/mL (186.89 mM).
